I've had my fair share of heartbreaks after short-lived dates, situationships, and almost relationships or relationships.

Honestly, when I express how I feel after parting ways from almost situations any short-lived moment, I can't help but feel a little less qualified to speak about its impact.

Maybe because I know painful stories of long-term, serious relationships. And maybe because societal narratives predominantly value longevity in relationships, often equating the length of time with the depth of emotion.

This makes it hard for individuals like me and maybe you to grieve or process short but intense experiences without feeling judged or misunderstood.

So, keeping aside the sadness that may be present, sometimes I laugh at the chaos of modern dating.

And, here I am, sharing some things from my almost-relationships/dating moments that you may or may not find funny. I do.
